I personally don’t think this is the best case for the leapster. Even though it protects it, it falls out when my son is opening up the case. The leapster is not tight to anything. There is a band but seems to be for games not the leapster itself.

This is a nice durable case. However, I wish it had the ability to hold more cartridges. The Leapster 1 game case held 6 games this one only holds 3.
